Returns Policy

Most of our Products are Handmade to Order, therefore we do not offer refunds or returns on used items.  However, if the product is damaged or wrong on our part we will replace any items damaged or wrong.  If any problems occur, send us an email with pictures for verification at  Customer may cancel an order before shipment to receive a full refund.

For non Handmade items, you may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping costs. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, but please make sure you provide us with the correct address.

When you place an order, due to high demand it takes us 1 to 2 Weeks, Excluding Holidays and Weekends to process the order as our products are handmade to order.  Processing time is not decreased by shipping method selected.  We reserve the right to choose the best carrier based on your selection, speed of delivery, insurance, and cost of shipping.  Please be patient with us, we service each customer as they come in order.  *Note: Processing time can be more during sales due to increased demand.*  Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.  Be sure to track your package so that you can make arrangements for delivery, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that has been marked as delivered by the shipping company.  If you have concerns about package delivery please leave us a note to make arrangements for you to pick up your package.
